Came on a wed AM, I was rushed along when placing my order and the cheese on breakfast bagel sandwich was served to me cold and not melted. They weren't even busy enough to cook my food in such a hurry. The meat in my sandwich had a lot of fat in it and it was not good. I was also charged $1.30 for strawberry jams that the Einsteins on Preston & Royal always give to me for free. The staff here are extremely impersonal and I will not go to this location again. Epic fail
