  Least hygienic experience EVER. I went to this place despite seeing several VERY detailed complaints about hygiene issues and one happened that was so ridiculous and disgusting that I actually had to run out the door upon hearing it. The worker made a comment about having to use the bathroom while holding up the toilet paper literally right by the ice cream. I could practically hear the ecoli calling out to me. After seeing several other complaints and the manager (or owner's) response, I actually think this place is a major health hazard and am shocked they passed their FDA inspections. Also, the ice cream is above average quality wise, but priced WAY too expensive.

  Independently owned (pretty sure). Every time I've been you get the same product of Cold Stone, but at the cost of children serving the food. The employees as such have no customer service, and no skill in food production/handling. Save yourself the effort and go to a super market, this store doesn't deserve your business. If the owners read this I hope you implement a training/onboarding process because at this time it's nonexistent.

  Had to keep asking to keep asking to fill my medium-sized take home carton for ice cream (customers should receive what they pay for)I hope that management places older,or more experienced, staff on the floor if they haven't on other days already ,because young teens shouldn't be running the shop,as they seemed to be everywhere and unorganized.
